£62 for 1 night stay and 3 days parking. 20 min walk from south terminal if that's your thing. If not bus stop outside front door. I would have slept in a cupboard for that price. But no, the room was clean and tidy, if dated. It is a house conversion after all. Shower gel was odd, best take your own
Super cute tradicional English house ! Family owned business, go for it ! direct bus (100) from the airport to actually in front of the hotel ! I came with a huge duffle and was not a problem to reach here. very good shower clean great bed you can call and talk directly with the workers , great plus now a days tea and coffee Some very small things could be renewed, I’m glad they didn’t, it’s more sustainable.
Cute and clean in a fantastic location that does the job for one night. It's only a few minutes by car (they offer paid rides to and from), about 10 min. by bus which stops right outside the house, or a 30 min walk which you would not want to do with a rolling bag. The room was clean and functional with tea and instant coffee provided. The washroom was clean and functional but had some water draining issues in the shower. It was quiet and cute. The staff were friendly and helpful and accommodating too. Good wifi. The town of Horley is a 5 min walk with restaurants, grocery, some cute shops, and 10 min walk to the Horley train station. Communication through email wasn't prompt but through booking.com was quick. Prices are in line with other guest houses in the area. TIP: If you are going to the north terminal, just walk to the south and take the free shuttle train to the north.
Perfect location for Gatwick airport. Horley town is lovely, plenty of shops, restaurants and a couple of pubs. Train station a short walk, 1 stop to the airport, regular trains. Turret owner is a lovely man, very pleasant, helpful, makes for a good stay. Room is clean, bed comfortable, tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer, plenty of plug sockets, also USB sockets. Bathroom very good, walk in shower with shower gel. Sink with hand cleaner and a toilet. An excellent night’s sleep, very quiet here. Will definitely stay here again next time we fly into Gatwick, and will recommend to my friends.
Superbly located conveniently close to Gatwick Airport. Easy to get to from the airport with a local bus. The service is excellent and the owners are very accommodating. The rooms are so-so. Best described as functional. And it was manageable for a one night stopover on a late flight into Gatwick. Was also very easy, a short walk, to the train station and a quick ride into central London.
